TagMatiks AT Lite uses a username / password for authentication. If you need to reset your password in case you have forgotten it, follow the steps below.
An existing account for TagMatiks AT Lite is required in order to reset your password.
You’ll need to be on the login page to reset your password. Click on the Forgot Password text. This will bring you to the Password Reset page. If your email isn’t already populated, enter it in and click on the Send Access Code button.
An automated email will be sent to your registered email. Enter the access code onto the page. After successfully entering the access code, you’ll be able to create a new password. Please note the password requirements below:
With your new password, you should be able to login to TagMatiks AT Lite.
