TagMatiks AT Lite uses a username / password for authentication. If you need to reset your password in case you have forgotten it, follow the steps below.
An existing account for TagMatiks AT Lite is required in order to reset your password.
1. Open the TagMatiks AT Lite application. You’ll need to be on the login page to reset your password.
2. Click on the “Forgot Password” text. This will bring you to the password reset page
3. Enter your email and click on the “Send Access Code” button.
4. An automated email will be sent to your registered email.
5. Enter the access code onto the page.
6. After successfully entering the access code, you’ll be able to create a new password.

7. After saving the password a new popup will open stating that “password reset successfully”.
8. With your new password, you should be able to login to TagMatiks AT Lite.
